Pro Counter is a personal milestone to conquer
Counting is a fundamental task that everyone encounters at some point in their lives. So, why keep it limited to simple methods like paper and pen when we can innovate and modernize it with technology? Ancient civilizations relied on ingenious apparatuses to count efficiently and accurately. Today, people use calculators, manual notes, Excel, or outdated counting apps. However, these methods fall short of what a modern counting machine can truly offer.
Pro Counter is for this, a private project aimed at revolutionize and change an essential task of our daily lifes, count.

While observing how people count on everyday life situations I noticed that people need to count… But their methods involved….

I also discovered I made the same mistakes.
Was there an immediate solution?
Yes.
While there are existing apps that assist with counting, many of them appear and function as though they were designed in the early 2010s.
An outdated product won't fulfill the needs of the present day.
In order to improve the experience and visuals a fresh idea is needed. Let's make it now!

Moving Counter: using the accelerometer of the phone count the length of a distance.
